By joining the Lavka waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Lavka is a pre-launch product. The waitlist allows interested users to receive notifications about the product launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, any specific features, or any pricing.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to:

• Receive occasional emails from Lavka regarding the product launch and updates.
• Not submit someone else's email address without their consent.

The waitlist and any related communications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Lavka will launch, that you will receive early access, or that any features described will be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lavka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the waitlist.

All content, branding, and materials related to Lavka are the exclusive property of Lavka and its founders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@lavka.global.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Lavka is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
